i-HERB OTC Tablets is a Thai herbal products contains Solanum trilobatum Extract, Terminalia chebula Retz Extract, Phyllanthus emblica Extract, and Glycyrrhiza glabra Root Extract. These four ingredients help relief cough and clear mucus from your airway. In the traditional way, herbal products are made by fine grinding then pelletizing. This way, the quantity of the herbal ingredients in every single tablet are not quantitatively same. Also, there is some herbal roughage in the tablets. On the contrary, i-HERB uses an innovation to extract the herbs. Then, the herbal extracts are processed to develop into the tablet form for consumption. With this innovation, these four active compounds become purer and more concentrated as well as the quantity of the  ingredients in each tablet are equal.

Indication:

Relief of cough and expectorant.

Helps soothe throat discomfort.

Dosage:

Take 1-2 tablets, slowly dissolve in the mouth 3-4 times daily.

Storage condition:

Store below 30°C in cool and dry place. Avoid directed sunlight.

當您收到貨物後發現訂購的產品有損壞或狀況不佳時，您可以通過“聯繫我們”向我們報告。 當您通過電子郵件提供信息時，請附上照片作為證明。 此外，您必須將產品發送到我們的辦公室進行驗證。 確認損壞的產品後，我們將安排快遞員免費更換產品服務。 如果產品售罄，我們將退還退貨款。

以下情況，不能接受產品的退貨/退款：

b.) 購買超過 14 天的產品

c.) 產品已打開或使用過

d.) 免費或打折產品

e.) 產品包裝不完整、損壞或有明顯污垢

f.) 由於個人喜好拒絕產品

Return/Refund your order

When you have received the goods and found that the products ordered are damaged, or not in good condition, you can report to us by going to “Contact us”. Please attach photos as proof when you are providing the information via email. Also, you have to send the products to our office for verification. Once the damaged products are verified and confirmed, we will arrange a courier to send a replacement product to you at no cost. If the products are sold out, we will refund your payment.

Return/refund of a product cannot be accepted in the following cases:

a.) product(s) without the proof of purchase

b.) product(s) purchased more than 14 days

c.) product(s) have been opened or used

d.) free or discounted product(s)

e.) packaging of product(s) is not intact, damaged, or remarkable with dirt

f.) rejection of product(s) due to personal preferences
